What are you looking for?

I'm looking for some cool, laid back people who enjoy a good game now and again. I like a good mix of combat and story, and I particularly enjoy the "thinking outside the box" aspect of RPGs... the problem solving that computers and board games can't understand. Not that I want rules to be thrown to the wind.

Lately I've tended to favor "gritty," "low-magic" worlds, but I'll play damn near anything if the group is cool.

Biography

I used to play alot, but in the last couple years my roleplaying buddies have mostly drifted away to college or work. I'd like to get back in the game, and maybe make some new friends while I'm at it.

I started off when I was around 9, playing Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with my friends. Since then I've played every edition of DnD at least once, fell in love with Riddle of Steel, looted and plundered 7th Sea, and busied myself with making various homebrew systems.
