What are you looking for?

I'm looking for a stable group of mature players, mostly. I'm not really picky, and will give anything (with the exception of LARP) the once or twice over. My current mood doesn't favor fantasy settings, but that can (and will) change.

As far as running games, I like easy-going folks who enjoy participating in game sessions without actively attempting to undermine the mood or tone I'm trying to set.

I am a writer by hobby and by profession. I've been playing RPGs since junior high (which comes down to about 22 years now), and I've played nearly everything on the block with the exception of most diceless systems.

Before moving to VA, I hosted a game every other week. In the year and a half since, I've played or GMed less than a dozen times. I'd like to start gaming again on a regular basis.
