    Hey Mike,

    I didn't think to check your profile until now...AFTER I already made a lengthy post to you in our Gaming Group on here, lol.

    What I did when I joined up with Dave & his group, I read up a bit on the 4e books, created my character, and then sat in on a session to observe until I was feeling confident enough to jump in.

    Unfortunately, I have no 3.5 experience to draw on, so I can't tell you how big of a difference there is.

    Hi, thanks for the invite. I have a couple of questions for you though: I'm definitely not familiar with 4e, but I've been playing D&D (and other systems) for I guess like two decades now. The most recent stuff I have is for 3.5e- is there a substantial difference?

    As for the invite, I would definitely love to play again- it's been a year since my last game. I just have to wait until the holidays are over until my work schedule gets back to normal again though.
