What are you looking for?

Looking for a player for an "Aberrant" (storyteller system) game. I prefer a player who enjoys a relaxed gaming atmosphere while keeping focused on the game.

This "Aberrant" game focuses on street level heroics. In this variation of the game, novas (this setting's word for people with super powers) are feared, hated, and envied by the public, so the player characters must keep a low profile while being vigilantes.

Biography

I enjoy being both a player and a GM. I started RPing back in 2002, with "Dark Ages: Vampire" from old World of Darkness (oWoD). Since then, I have played a small variety of systems, including D&D 3.5, Pathfinder, D&D 4th Edition, Hackmaster 5th Ed., WHFRPG 2nd Edition & 3rd Edition, Dark Heresy, Death Watch, oWoD, new World of Darkness (nWoD), Qin: the Warring States, Tokyo Heroes, CthulhuTech, and Paranoia.
I enjoy GMing. My favorite system to run is nWoD, but my first major endeavor was a D&D4e game. That D&D campaign ran for over a year and a half, and took the players from level 1 to 30. I have also run Qin and Paranoia.
As a GM, I am always building on my storytelling skills. I welcome and encourage feedback from players. I also strongly believe that a story is built by the whole group; I enjoy incorporating players' suggestions into the games I run.
I like trying new systems and I am always open to obscure game lines.
I enjoy a relaxed gaming atmosphere, but I take the game itself seriously. I never miss a session.
When not gaming, I live the life of a busy law school student. It leaves little time for gaming, and practically no time for GMing, but I still like to play at least once a week.
