ehh...

well I'm pretty much the poster child of the modern basement dwelling 30+year old gamer sci-fi/fantasy geek. I remember totally freaking out about getting my gygax signed Unearthed Arcana when I was around 10 yrs old and at my first con in the early 80's. I guess those feelings of wonder and awe never really left me.

I've played just about everything, enjoy 2e & 3e D&D and Champions most, but had taken a long break from gaming for the past few years (after getting broke and burnt out on Games Workshop games/minatures) but looking to start the RPG hobby again.

As a player I tend to run either extremely serious or comedic characters but either way I generally focus on the main plots. I'm the guy pushing for getting to the next planned encounter when other players want to create their own agenda, or wander around the new city etc.

I'm a former punk rock musician and semi-professional athlete trying to become a world traveler. I reciently moved to the central coast after working in Alaska for the past three years.
