What are you looking for?

I'm primarily looking to be a player in a new group or an established group. I'm looking for something set more in the natural D&D time-frame and genre, such as Forgotten Realms or Dragonlance. I've played since 2nd Edition and have DM'd multiple campaigns. I know what it's like on both sides of the DM screen. As far as the type of game I'm looking for, I'd have to say I'd like to really get into my character and role play about 60-70% of the time and have fun combat adventures the remaining 30-40% of the time. It would be awesome to meet some new and cool people who wouldn't mind starting up a new group or allowing me into theirs.

I'm 34 years old and - as stated above - I've been gaming since 2nd edition. I'm a huge fan of fantasy books and D&D in general. I just started back up and would really enjoy getting into a group as a player/or part-time GM since I haven't actually been a player in a while and am really feeling the itch to get into a good and mature role-playing group who can work well together.
