- What are you looking for?:
- Prefer Fantasy, D&D stories. I like games that allow for character development, with an emphasis on role playing. Jointly telling a story together, with enough combat to keep it fun. The best stories have a good balance of action and investigation.
Looking to join or create a group that exists to have fun, enjoy the friendships that are formed, and only dig into the rules when necessary.
I am probably not a good fit for campaigns that are mostly hack and slash dungeon crawls. Where each character carries so many magic items, and coins of treasure that they need accountants to keep track of it all, or games where keeping track of XP consumes most of the evening.
Also willing to DM, taking turns or simply join as a player. I have just turned 40, and have a busy life. Would love to game more than once a month, willing to game late into the night if needed due to the less frequent schedule.
About Me
- Biography:
- I started playing Dungeons and Dragons in 1980, later developed a modified home-rules AD&D system with friends in college, and have mostly played home-rules sytems since.
Currently not a part of any group, and have not played for about 4 years now. Looking to join or create a new D&D or modified home-brew system based on D&D.
