What are you looking for?:

Looking for a d20 Modern GM to play with a group of 5 others. The player's skill levels range from new to very experienced. Must be fairly patient and willing to explain things calmly. I have 2 large rooms to play in and offer food. Must be willing to not only be a member of the group, but also a friend. We like a nice casual atmosphere and are usually easy to get along with. We play 2 games a week. A serenity game and a DnD game. The Serenity game is ending soon as our GM is going to be very busy. We agreed that the next game would be a Modern game, but we currently know of no one that can GM for us.

Of the game, we are looking for a slightly Whedonistic feel, ranging from hilarity to very dark using the Shadow Chasers/ Urban Arcana rules. Very open to suggestion though.

I've been playing DnD since 1999 and d20 Modern since 2002. I am a rules scholar, not a rules lawyer. I play with my wife, sister, my best friend, and his girlfriend (also my good friend). I recently left a group of more intense players because I found that I was playing the game just to play, and wasn't having fun. I prefer a more casual game now
