What are you looking for?:
As a player, I am looking for:
*A reliable, dedicated group of other players and a GM, all of which are actually interested and enthusiastic about playing.
*A solid mix of roleplay, out of the box thinking, and combat.
*A game that'll actually have me taking notes of important names, events, places, etc.
*Regular, flexible scheduling.
*Something to really look forward to.
*GMs who are willing to allow non-standard characters in a racial and alignment sense. Whaaaat, I like playing a LE Aurak Draconian from time to time.
*Patient players and GMs who will tolerate the fact that I stutter and mumble. Yes, I do both.

As a GM, I am looking for:
*A reliable, dedicated group of other players and a GM, all of which are actually interested and enthusiastic about playing.
*Creative players.
*Patient players who will put up with my speech impediment.

Far as what games I'm interested in (as player or GM):
*AD&D 2.5, D&D 3.5, most others (willing to learn).
*Moderate to low magic level.
*Grunge fantasy.
*Ravenloft, Lankhmar, or homebrew - though most settings would be alright.
*Good mix of combat and roleplay.
*Ability to play a monstrous PC (such as a Poison Dusk Lizardfolk, Venom Draconian, etc) and any alignment.
About Me
Real Name:
Mark G. Infanger
Biography:
I started my tabletop roleplaying career at the age of four, in 1992, with AD&D 2.0. First character was a ranger/thief who I mispelt the name of, and I had a few others that were used in various one-offs. My first serious role in a campaign was with Neville Rains, pre-generated thief who the inspiration of which was a character from Revenge of the Nerds. Later on I had two other recurring characters - Lance the human fighter and Addis Hellfire the Aurak Draconian mage - all within a few years.

I've been a D&D junkie since then, really enjoying the level of creative thought that went into playing the game. Was with a group of people in the 20-30 age range and held my own well enough. Unfortunately most of my gaming career was with that group as my area is otherwise -dead- for gaming of any type. That group has long since been disbanded.

I started running my own games around 2003-2005, initially for some friends of mine from school. They had fun but I was never able to get any actual critique from anybody and felt that I might have been somewhat lacking in certain areas. Things went well but the majority of those friends and I had a falling out around 2007ish. My gaming since then has been spontaneous and random at best, practically diving at any chance I could to play.

AD&D 2.5 is my preferred tabletop roleplaying game of choice, though it's been so long since I've played that I would have to relearn the system. D&D 3.5, while as is it can get annoying, I do enjoy and it has become my regular. Used to play Crimson Cutlass as well but the books have been lost. Looking to get into other systems as well.

Right now (as of April 11th, 2011) I am 19 years old, looking for a job, and living with me step-dad and mother. I've got a speech impediment that makes me sound like the stapler guy (how could I forget his name!?) from Office Space at times. I pace to the point that if life were a cartoon there would be a hole in my carpet. Am on the shy side so I apologize about that in advance.

Yeah . . . not sure what else to say about myself other then that I'm a bored nerd with a computer. Who also plays lots of video games, reads books, watches movies, plays the D&D Miniature game, paints miniatures, plays Magic: The Gathering, and does other stuff. And is random as hell. Yes.
