Path suddenly turns to face the passageway leading into this room, his arm blurs and arrows seem to spout from his fingers as he draws and nocks his bow, which is giving off a high pitched thrumming sound; it would seem that he has already released at least one arrow.
(the arrow he shot counts...

anything i want is terribly unspecific. and while it is quite true that it will end up whatever i decide it to be, i am looking for some useful suggestions to hone my particular block of marble down to something a bit more fashioned.

Hey, it works for Martians. ;D (obscure sci-fi reference)
Also reminds me of the old school grognard munchkins who would gently heat their old dice in a frying pan, because the process used would embed air-bubbles inside of the plastic, and heating them slightly would allow the bubbles to...
it largely depends on how you hold the RGU, and subsequently release the RGU.
if one could control their spatial positioning such that they hold the RGU the exact same way each and every time, release the RGU at the exact same spatial positioning with the exact same amount of force each and...

I have always been interested in a bunch of people telling stories. My favorite thing is when a player makes up part of the setting/or encounter and the GM takes it in stride and uses it. I'm a big fan of episodic games since I think that ensures a good combination of story and combat. I like the epic genre of games but I have been in situations where the GM draws things out too much. I get antsy if I can't swing at something every two weeks or so. I like minutia to a point but again I've been in games where the entire night is spent traveling on the road, or stuck in a town and nothing happens to drive the story. I love games set in a big city where I can be overwhelmed by the setting.
Well let's see I'm 30 years old and have been paying for about 11 years or so.I live in Portland, OR. I work in Parks and Rec, or Natural Resources management. I've mostly played old school white wolf and D&D but am a huge fan of Buffy and Serenity since I feel Whedoness is next to godliness. I think NWOD is just fine though I have not played it much yet. I am very geeked about Changeling the Lost. I'm just now getting into GURPS and I feel it will replace D&D for preferred fantasy system. I'm usually up for 1 or 2 games per week but that is flexible since I'm not sure what my schedule will be like. Looking forward to finding a good group of folks to play with.
