What are you looking for?:

I am looking for a 2nd ed. D&D group. I would be open to the possibilities of expanding my RPG horizons but would like to get to know a group prior to doing so. I am open to any 2nd ed. campaign world, GM world based on 2nd ed., and possibly anything adapted to 2nd ed. I am looking for a campaign group that will allow me to develop a character within the group. I am hoping to find a group that has long, sustained campaigns.

I can be reached at hausjaeger@gmail.com or (717) 342-9436. I am willing to travel for gaming (I drove an hour each way for my last group and that is the higher end of my limit). My last GM of 5 years got sick of playing so the group broke up. I am used to a weekly predesignated evening that never changes. I like to keep it simple so that anyone that knows me when I will not be available for pretty much anything else. Over the last 5 years I estimate I have missed gaming night 6 times, all but one were vacations with at least 3 weeks of prior notice. The last was a work emergency (I am currently self-employed so there should be no issues). I have roughly 7 years of experience with 2nd ed. D&D and have more source materials for it than most GMs. I am a very adaptable player and put fairness within the group at the top of my priority list (to make this more clear, I find stealing/cheating/screwing-over other party members to be pretty much unforgivable. However, doing those things in game to non-party members I am all for!) As for playing environment I dont care what people are doing around me (smoking, drinking etc...). That said, I dont want to play in a group where everyone is too obliterated to play and any partaking on my part will be minimal as I need to drive home.
