I'm looking for a bi-weekly or monthly game. I prefer something character focused, but I can enjoy a well-run module as well.

I enjoy painting miniatures, and I'm even good at it. Not great, but good.

I would be open to online or play by post games as well.

Biography:

I've played a lot of games, the ones I care about are L5R, Pathfinder, 7th Sea, Deadlands, Cyberpunk 2020, Shadowrun, and old World o' Darkness. Played for a long time now (20 years, I think).

I am pretty pro-miniature; I feel they really help out in combat. Cuts down on questions like "How many can I get in this AOE? What range increment is he at? Can I charge?"

I have a variety of outside interests, (music, history, fitness, etc.). Suffice it to say, I'm not monomaniacally obsessed with all things gaming. Also, I have opinions on politics and religion. I suspect you might, too. As long as we can all respect each other, I'm fine with whatever you believe.

I'm also in my early thirties, married, have a newborn, and I have a solid job. Non-smoker, no objection to others taking smoke breaks.

My basement is ready to rock as a gaming space; many books, nicely finished and furnished. Honestly, it looks like a castle down there. I don't need to game there; just presenting it as an option.
