I'm pretty sure I won't be running any 5e games. Will I play it, if someone in our group buys the books, but I'm not really that interested in investing in the system at the moment. I've switched back to BRP, something that I ran many years ago when it was Runequest and I really liked it. But I...

I'm really excited to look at all the 5E artwork and steal all the cool flavor ideas...while reading at Barnes and Noble. And every time I walk out I'll still have $50 in my pocket.

Well, as I mentioned above, I could see the GM having 5-7 pregenerated monsters. The smart way to do them would be to rate them weaker than, equal to, and tougher than the PCs. Two of each...and an endboss. But I think it would be easy enough to provide links to other monster generators, if...

Does this mean what I think it means? Given current technology, space travel is limited to moon landings (or so we're told). Sure, we could dump some people on Mars, but we'd either have to dope them up or force them to play Second Life over the whole trip, just to keep them from going (mildly)...

Here's my basic idea: version 1 of the random dungeon generator creates a complex that is a generic "dungeon." Which is to say, underground, tile/brick, and dangerous. Much like anything made by the ancient Nords of Skyrim. Before a GM clicks "Next room," he can tailor a handful of things: ...

Now you have me wondering about the nuances of copyright law. I seem to recall that terribly common terms, like ogre, can only have reserved rights within a certain scope. For example, if you name your robot factory "Red," then someone else can still name their book "Red," and yet another person...

With the name OGRE? I hope you're kidding. Who's not kidding: the people not choosing to respond to my pleas for help. Strange, I would love a room-by-room automatic dungeon designer. It would almost run itself without a GM. Yet, not a peep from the masses. I guess they're all using...

Your site looks amazing sweetheart! I just want to tell all those out there that haven't had the honor of meeting you yet that Briarthorn was new to Dungeons and Dragons but has quickly grown to be one of the best players I've had around the table. Not just saying this because she's my fiancee' as every week she's saved my ass and helped her group out of tight jams. I'm very proud of you and I have a blast gaming with you.

What are you looking for?:
I'm not currently looking for a group, as I found a great bunch of players through pen and paper. However, what I look for in a group are people who are laid back and just have fun with the game, some kind of role playing, and a DM who isn't so hard core and lets his/her players progress through their story instead of forcing them along it.
About Me
Biography:
I am currently playing in a D&D and Star wars Campaign that is on a rotating schedule. I use paper and pen to keep in touch with group members and as a way to find other players who might be a good match for our group.
