It also depends on what the mini is made out of. Minis made from resin tend to be more expensive than those made of other plastics. Minis sold at this place, http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/ are really expensive partly because they're made from resin, oh and they're done on limited runs too.

Creation Dungeons in Amulet are created one room at a time, and any given room can, through the process of random generation, reveal itself to actually be part of another, larger room. The following rules apply to creating the dungeon levels as you go. Roll 2d8 to find table results. THE...

Sorry if it's lost in translation, but it sounds to me like you're not getting enough mileage out of the GM-fudge rule. Related to Rule Zero. If you're playing a game like D&D, all you need to know is your character's level, which will give you an appropriate bonus to add to your die roll. You...

Industry news, like new RPGs, industry crossovers (RPG to movie), feelgood stories (gamer saves cat), and tips on improving GMing and game groups wouldn't hurt. And site highlights. So-and-so just uploaded a great file. Or Some-young-guy just started this hot thread. Obviously, news about...

But here's the party-game part: GAME ANNOUNCEMENTS – some events in the game are so important that they must be announced by an otherworldly, god-like, or dungeon master-like voice. These game announcements can be made by anyone besides the PC who caused...

Keeping the event as a "convention" will indeed take some work. However, minimal work will be needed to simply run a Chatroom Gameday. For my part, I'm ready to run another game, and manage my game's player registration as well. The Find or Advertise forum is actually a great place for this.

Unfortunately, D&D is the main-stream game of choice, even when there are other systems out there that GMs prefer to use. There are enough D&D enthusiasts, that people can find a game with that system, even when you don't prefer it. Not trying to get into an edition war here, but another thought as...

Your site looks amazing sweetheart! I just want to tell all those out there that haven't had the honor of meeting you yet that Briarthorn was new to Dungeons and Dragons but has quickly grown to be one of the best players I've had around the table. Not just saying this because she's my fiancee' as every week she's saved my ass and helped her group out of tight jams. I'm very proud of you and I have a blast gaming with you.

However, what I look for in a group are people who are laid back and just have fun with the game, some kind of role playing, and a DM who isn't so hard core and lets his/her players progress through their story instead of forcing them along it.
About Me
Biography:
I am currently playing in a D&D and Star wars Campaign that is on a rotating schedule. I use paper and pen to keep in touch with group members and as a way to find other players who might be a good match for our group.
