What are you looking for?:
Mostly I've been a GM rather than a Player so while I consider myself to be a good GM, I can be a struggling player. My highest skills is in D20 and Bureau 13 and Fringeworthy.
I currently run a Hero game and a Fringeworthy Game. Hero is standard 4 color superhero. Fringeworthy is a exploration, first contact SF game where we try to be realistic (think STARGATE). My clear preference is Fringeworthy but I play what I can get players for.
Good candidates would consider themselves to be partners in the game doing their best to perform deep roleplaying while encouraging others to get spotlight time. I'm not looking for rules lawyers, but I appreciate players more competant in the systems than myself. Yet I commonly encourage children and novices to join up. So if you bring your best game attitude to the table I'm glad to have you.
As a player, I look for opportunies to play questing characters, preferably of a heroic nature.
I've been RPG gaming since 1978. I've played pretty much everything that's out there. I truely love roleplaying. Not much for card games or board games, but I do play a mean munchkin game.
I'd play every day of the week if I could but since I design games as well as being a husband, father, breadwinner, I take what I can get. So if I'm lucky I get to play twice a week.
