I can't for the life of me figure out how to articulate anything of use in this field. The best I can do, I suppose, is this: I like playing clerics. I'm Lawful Neutral and thus have a large proportion of LN characters. I staunchly believe that a properly played LE character should be less disruptive to the party than a properly played LG character. I love rules, but good sense and balance is more important than devotion to the RAW; thus, I favor well-documented house rules. I'll document them myself, don't worry. I think too much about game design and theory. I have a deadly allergy to homebrew campaign settings. I am a man of great patience and adaptability, save for a few sensitive points. I cannot abide BAAAAW regarding Fourth Edition, unless you're BAAAAWing about the elements of 4e that well deserve to be BAAAWed about, but those aren't the parts everybody BAAAWs about. I feel anybody who tries to run a low-magic or low-treasure Dungeons and Dragons game very likely should be shot for crimes against game balance and design. I fastidiously ensure that my beard does not tread upon my neck. I proudly endeavor to spread the rich tradition of naming your characters with your name spelled backwards. I probably like talking to you!
About Me
Biography:
I've been gaming since about the time 3e came out, but I try to be as fully-versed as possible in the pre-3e traditions of D&D. I like GURPS, but recognize how very much it isn't for a lot of people. I play D&D zero times a month, because all the people in my old group went to colleges in different cities, and now I'm sad and lonely. I can best be contacted via AIM, but email works too!
