    I am running a Fantasy RPG in Twin Cities & looking for players

    Hi

    I just started running a campaign. I haven't run a RPG in +20 years. Ran them for many years. I am focusing on Fantasy Hero in a Sword & Sorcery setting (think Conan, Fafhred & Grey Mouser kind of world). Role playing is more important than combat. The story & characters are more important to me than the combat. I would say 50/50. Some sessions might be a big battle, some sessions not a single dice will be rolled for combat, and sometimes there might be a minor 'combat' as a plot device.

    Right now there are just three players and myself. We are looking for 2 or maybe 3 players to join us.

What are you looking for?
The main things I'm looking for in a new group are maturity, stability/reliability and the desire to have fun. I'd like a group that meets regularly, preferably weekly. In terms of game systems, I'm flexible. I've had fun playing all kinds of games. I don't like too much crunch, but I also don't like too much fluff. As a player, I like games with lots of roleplaying, intrigue and problem solving to go along with killing things and taking their stuff. As a GM, I like to provide the same to my players. The primary things I'm looking for are good times and fun.

I am a mid 30s married guy with a young toddler who is looking for a regular, reliable gaming group that's willing to commit to meeting on a consistent schedule. I am into playing and running all sorts of games, including Call of Cthulhu, Nemesis, Star Wars, World of Darkness, Savage Worlds and lots of others.
