What are you looking for?:

It's been 15 years since I've been in a good, regular D&D group, and I'd like to get back to it. I know a good amount about 2nd Ed and a decent amount about 3.5 and Pathfinder, but nothing about 4e.

I help run an online sci-fi roleplaying game in my spare time, so (at least to start), I'm not interested in GMing, sci-fi, or online games. Maybe at some point in the future?

Now, I'd like to be a player on something fantasy, preferably Pathfinder or 3.5. I like a nice balance between roleplaying and hack-and-slash, and am less interested in games that tend towards extremes in either direction.

About Me

Biography:

Started playing AD&D back around 1990, a ten year old playing with a bunch of college kids. Played a nice regular campaign in the early to mid nineties. Moved on to MUDs, then to text-based roleplaying. Been helping run a space opera roleplaying MUSH for like 12 years now.

Spent several months five years back playing an online 3.5 D&D game, but got turned off by the lack of party cohesion. It whetted my appetite for something a little more regular and local.
