Hi, I'm interested in getting a group together to play some old school retro D&D. At the moment I'm looking at Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG, and Crypts and Things.

Thanks for the PM, I tried to reply the other day and again today but I don't think either went through -- I don't think PPG and my browser are getting along or something.

My campaign is currently on an unofficial hiatus until I finish my master's thesis, but I'll keep you posted. I'm definitely game for getting together sometime and geeking out over a beer or coffee. What days/times are best for you? My schedule during the week is usually pretty crazy, but we should be able to work something out.

You mentioned Hill Cantons, it's a great blog. I sold all my Planescape stuff years ago, but those recent posts on Sigil's underworld-as-megadungeon have me kicking myself... Do you frequent any other old-school forums or blogs? Dragonsfoot, odd74, etc.?

About Me
Biography:
I started playing AD&D 1e when I was a kid in the early 80's. It was a good time even though we didn't understand most of the rules and just made it up as we went along.

The main meat of my gaming experience I would say extended mostly through the 90's. I still mostly played AD&D but dabbled in Call of Cthulhu, Warhammer RPG, all sorts of Palladium games, and Tunnels & Trolls to name a few.

I later moved on to D&D 3.5 but never found a consistent group and so never really caught on with that era.
