Biography:

Northern California native, just moved back after living in NYC for 6 years while I completed a PhD in Computational Biology. Currently working as a postdoctoral scientist at UC Davis doing computer modeling of heart tissue.

I'm still relatively new to RPGs. I played when I was much younger, but got re-introduced to DnD by playing Encounters and Lair Assault while in NYC. Now I play in two games: one 4e game and one 3.5 game, on alternating weeks. I'm also interested in playing other stuff like GURPS, Mechwarrior/BattleTech, Shadowrun and Hero Clix. I'm also interested in learning MtG, but have never played and probably need to teach myself some stuff before I venture out and play.
