It's been about a year since real-life finally finished-off the D&D group that I'd been playing with for over a decade. Over the last several months I've been itching to get back into gaming. I'm not too picky playing style or game world. In general, I'm partial to D&D (3.5). But over the years I've enjoyed many different gaming systems and campaigns, and I think that the group is more important than the system. If the people have a good time, that's what really matters.
I've been playing RPGs since the dinosaur days. I started with the original D&D boxed sets. Over the years I've played each of the flavors of D&D, and I currently have the core books for 3.5 and 4th edition. I've also played tons of other systems such as Rifts, Pathfinder, Star Wars (WEG), Legend of the 5 Rings, and a bunch of others that I can't think of at the moment (old age is hell).
Tuesdays and Wednesdays work pretty good for me. I would probably prefer an every-other week thing, but I'm open to playing every week if the right group is accustomed to playing every week.
