What are you looking for?

Right now, reliability... just tired of having to go looking for a new group every couple of years! Maturity, too... as measured by actions, not years. That's for players... for the game, prefer free-form versus modules, a little reality versus 'shut up, it's magic!', and solid world-building versus 'I dunno what's past the door... some orcs?' Genre's immaterial, if the rest is solid. As a GM, I've got a world I've been tinkering with for about a decade, solid Greyhawk feel, about 75% fantasy, with figuring out the rest as part of the fun.

Started with board and wargames around '79, hit D&D in '81, and please, no dinosaur jokes! Played in at least 50 different major systems, literally hundreds of characters, and GMed a little over half the time.
