I also have to admit, I took Tam's instructions quite literally. And after giving Vader the slip and blowing a hole in the Executor, a little more pew-pew seemed a little anticlimactic to me. Should I have held off the escape? I'm asking everybody that, so please chime in.

Added just a little more to the end of my last post. Also, "the size of a small town": Is that overstating it? I can fix, if need be.

Fi didn't hear the message in Tam's voice. She didn't even hear it as words, exactly. In truth, she heard it as music: Tam's theme. A distant melody, carried by the wind. But she understood exactly what it meant. She gaped in shock at the hole, the size of a small town, torn directly through the...

My mind went to copper because it would really pop against that lovely teal colour you've put in there. Gotcha on the rotating cockpit. I'm glad you're figuring this out in 3D, because I have trouble getting my head around that. I keep imagining something like the ol' 'Tilt-a-Whirl' at the fair!...

Hey, that looks great so far! I always forget how big that ship is, because I keep thinking of my son's toy of it as the correct scale. :p Some sources I read say that the Firespray has a rotating cockpit, but the one in AotC didn't have that, so I chalk it up to a modification. It looks like...

Fiola blinked in astonishment. Tam Dawncaller, as real and as present as anything a moment ago, had simply blinked out of existence before her very eyes. It defied all logic. Fi had taken a nasty impact to the head in the explosion of her craft, the Dawncaller, but she couldn't believe that she was...

Re-reading your post, DC, there's one thing I'm unclear on: did Tam run out the hatch, or did he... vanish?

I don't think I'd say that, Dawncaller. For my part, I've just been leaving plenty of room on the dance floor for Ice Hawk and Dog Solitude. But while we're on the subject, what exactly is the relationship between Señor Santiago's ISD and the Morning Star fleet, as regards Executor? I've got...

 Oh, I know how that is. As soon as people figure out that you're competent and reliable, it's one damn thing after another. That's why I now walk around with my jaw hanging open, tongue resting on lower lip, and eyes half-closed... nobody ever asks me to do NUTHIN'!

One saving grace: Admiral Ozzel is probably in command of that beast. Is this when he failed Vader for the first time?

Fact check: is the rebel fleet all gone, or was that changed? (I can't remember, but can make any edits we need)

Attempting to get her bearings, Fi looked out the Whydah's cockpit glass. Tam's 'displacement', while getting the freighter into orbit, had also rotated the vessel slightly. The curved globe of Dantooine, dawn creeping across its vast surface, now loomed above them. She thumbed the comm. "Cargo...

Neutrino Sledge! I like that... original, and catchy! The first (and possibly only, if this karks up) adventure I'm planning has the good ol' three-act structure (assuming you guys don't blow a hole in the side of my story and jump down the garbage chute :p), and I think each Act could be...

I've actually been in a PbP EotE game for several months, but recently left (our GM went MIA almost a month ago, and the player I was previously complaining about 'stepped up' to become our new GM... no thank yewwww!). But the one thing that struck me about playing this system online is how...

BE STILL MAH HEARRRRT!!! Jokes aside, yes, I noticed in DC's post that we're just a few clicks out. Plenty of time to get back together. Also, plenty of time to get our arses whupped by the Executor.

The response on the FFG boards has been largely the same: "just do what'cha want!". A welcome answer, but an unsatisfying one, to my OCD. Why have a crew listing at all? I think the deckplan Dawncaller makes will dictate how the ship works. So, you guys had better get votin'!

Sorry I didn't reply 'til now. Sometimes I read a post on my phone and say, "oh, I need to reply to that," and then forget about it. This was one of those times. I could dig a version like you speak of... eventually. Volume III, compared to the other two, is actually gonna be kind of a beast to...

You know, that's kinda been my beef with all Star Wars rpgs so far... they give you a 'crew' or 'ship's complement' listing. Sometimes it's just a number, sometimes (like with EotE) it's more detailed. Like they'll specifically say 1 pilot, 1 co-pilot, 1 gunner, 1 engineer, 1 loadmaster, etc. So...
