What are you looking for?:

We're starting with a core of one DM and one player, both guys in our early 40's. We're OK with intoxicants in moderation. We meet in a well-lit, well-heated, furnished dedicated game room in a garage. We're looking for players who can commit to a schedule, whatever schedule we (as a group) decide upon. We generally meet for about 6 hours (5 PM - 11 PMish) on Sunday nights, but we can probably move that to a few hours earlier, if need be. We embrace all styles of play that move the game along and make it fun for everybody. Mostly, we just like to play, which will be obvious once you see the game room :)

Biography:

My previous (now on hiatus) group: All members of our group are mid 30's to mid 40's, half are single, half are married. Half are professionals, half are not. We meet about every two weeks on Sunday evenings, roughly from 6 PM to 11 PM. We often switch GMs and games if the players or the GM tires of the current campaign. We occasionally play one-shot mini-games because one of our players is a game junkie and needs to get his fix. A not-necessarily-complete list of games we've played in the last 3 years includes: D&D 3.0/3.5/4th edition, Shadowrun, Serenity, Dogs in the Vineyard, Spirit of the Century, Warhammer 40k, d20 Modern, with one-shots of My Life with Master, Mechaton and 3:16.
