What are you looking for?

I am looking for players for a new campaign that I wish to start.
Here are the game details:
This will be an epic campaign based in either Forgotten Realms or Eberron, where your background and character actions have a affect on the game as a whole. I am hoping to be able to run players from 1st level all the way to 30th. The game will be a good mix of combat and role-play as the game is after all a role playing game.
Time of Play: Twice a Month on either a Saturday or Sunday.
Game play Length: 6 to 8 hours. This will include a break for dinner.
What I am looking for in players: I would like to find players that enjoy being part of the story, the whole story. That means dealing with not just killing monsters, but getting into the politics and economy of the game. Finding their story and working with me as the DM to help them get their goals. I would also like players that we willing to work within a group. You are the hero’s as it where as such I will provide plenty of things for you to lash out at, trying to screw over your group members is not something I want to see.

I work for a local government agency and i consider myself a pretty well rounded guy.
