- D&D 4th Edition TIME-TRAVEL CAMPAIGN
Each PC will be from a different time period, and their adventure will allow them to jump from time period to time period and back. It promises to have tons of exploration possibilities, in particular the exploration of "cause" and "effect" as things the PCs do in the past can most certainly effect what happens in the future time periods. We already have 4 players and are looking for a 5th.
Like all my campaigns, this will be heavily story-driven and based on lots of RP. Expect to be in combat only 40% of the time in any given session. If you are itching for more hack-and-slash than that, this campaign would probably not be a good fit for you.
The campaign would require a weekly commitment. With our current players' schedules, we have determined Wednesday evenings (around 6:00 PM) to be the best meeting time for us. Sessions would last about 5 hours each.
We will begin in mid-January, and it shall last for 5 and a half months.
Players in their twenties or early thirties are preferred.
About Me
- Biography:
- I am an experienced DM who has hosted 6 full campaigns over the past 7 years (both with 3.5 and 4.0). My campaigns have ranged between 6 months to 1.5 years - virtually all of which have met weekly.
Instead of using formal published campaign settings, I like to custom design my own worlds based on the characters that my players create. An engaging story with a memorable cast characters are two very important elements that I utilize in every campaign I create. My campaigns emphasize RP a lot, but I do still try to make combat consist of 50% of each session.
I am always trying to think out of the box to come up with new and exciting campaigns for my players. This time-travel campaign is my latest creation!
