What are you looking for?

I'm currently alternating between playing and GMing 4th edition D&D on a weekly basis. While I'm not opposed to another D&D game (especially under the Dark Sun), I'd really prefer to branch out into another genre. ShadowRun or super heroes would be great (or Adventure! if you REALLY want to get my attention).

I'm cool with beer-and-pretzels bashing or deep politics. As long as characters are more than a list of numbers on the page, I'm happy. Fair warning: I have a tendency to write multi-page character backgrounds and bios as a player... but if most of it never comes up in game, that doesn't really bother me. I'll try to make it so the plot and the PCs make sense together, and if everyone else at the table puts even a token effort into doing the same, I'm happy as a clam.

About Me

Biography

I've been gaming since I was a kid, way back in the late '80s, starting with AD&D (back when you didn't need to specify edition because there was only one), and I've played every version of D&D there is. I'm also a big fan of ShadowRun, but I'm experienced with WoD, Adventure!, Aberrant, 7th Sea, WHFRP, Star Wars, and a host of other games, and have dabbled with even more. I'm always willing to try something new and add another game to the old resume, though, so feel free get creative.
