4 out of 6 sounds like a good turnout - let's do it. Of course it's too bad we can't all be there, but it's not like we all don't converse in GD, anyway.

Spookily, we have just reached post #475. Volume III will run as long as it needs to run, though, no worries about that (and why not... Return of the Jedi ran a little longer than the other ones! :p). Would any of you guys be up for chat this Saturday from 3-5 EST?

Jyllis Tromso listened carefully as she raised her blaster, while Fi did the same. "That's more than one pair of feet," the actress whispered. "Can't tell how many, but definitely more than one." It was only then that the trio fully appreciated just how dark it was in this section of the...

Great, now that you said that, I'm going to be reading his voice like one those goofy Kilrathi taunts. . . Actually. . .

I've unexpectedly gotten free right now, if people are up for it (though of course I see that's short notice :p). The graveyard shift? I used to work that (midnight to eight) in a video store when I was, like, 20. Five or six pm, one of my friends would get off work and come over and put the...

I'm using Safari. The quotes worked as intended for me for a long time, but now they don't. Plus, I've noticed other oddities (I still can't load our recruiting page on the forums!). Guess maybe I should get into this Chrome business...

Yeah, I totally forgot about that. Plus, the event is supposed to auto-renew each month, but it's not doing that for some reason. What days/times are good for you guys? I wouldn't be able to make the 'official' time of 3pm EST on Saturday, but I'm just one guy.

Their descent was steep and muddy enough that each of them, save the avian fabool Mr. Mace, slipped and fell at least once. As the shaft bottomed out, it was Jyll's turn to lose her balance. Arms pinwheeling, the girl slid the final two meters and landed with a great splash in a knee-high muddy...

You know, when I posted the stop the presses clause, I really didn't anticipate it would take me another 11 hours to finish writing it. . . I don't know how in the hell it got so long.

“Welcome to the Rebellion.” Captain Amur was as good as his word, within the hour the sky began to fill with ships as the Alliance gathered all the resources it had in the area to make a stand, and stop the Empire’s new fleet before they laid waste to another world. A handful of Assault...

Gonna go ahead and pull a "stop the presses" clause here, just because I want to get this posted before everybody moves too far ahead without me, and to put some pressure on me to actually finish this post in a timely fashion.

Last I saw, in Ubiqtorate's post, Amur walked back into his ship. I have no idea if he lifted off or not.

Dynamite post, Dog! Of course it must be said that it's sort of an unwritten-rule that you can't say what another player's character is thinking or feeling, like you've done with Zealos Reil. But everything you've included seems pretty reasonable, in the scheme of things (Ice? Any objections?)....

Hello, people. I was checking out the links for some of the quotes in the wiki, and I'm noticing that, instead of the quotes leading to the appropriate Tapestry post, they're leading to the top of the page that contains the appropriate post. I think I know what the fix might be, but first I...

Fi shook the aging man's hand from her wrist in irritation, and looked fiercely into his eyes. Kenlan stared back soberly. All Fi could be sure she knew about this man was that she surely knew next to nothing. Nothing more than what, over those first few months, he'd allowed her to know... allowed...

Sorry, I have not been around for a while. There are plenty of groups in Tulsa that play RPG games, but this social group is pretty much down and out. I am not sure if there is any other online place to schedule games and such. You might try looking to see if the various game stores in town have...

What are you looking for?:
I've only been living in the area about four years and I am really missing RPGing with a group and feel like I'm probably a little bit rusty. I don't really have any friends here (other than family and a few acquaintances that I know only from work) and feel that this might be a way of make some friends of my own. I am willing to learn any system and am fairly fast at picking up on new games.
About Me
Biography:
I'm from Kentucky and have more than 30 years of RPGing experience under my belt. I have played a number of games over the years and have enjoyed most of the ones that I have tried. I am 43 and don't mind hanging with all ages of people, both older and younger. I am married, have no children and my wife enjoys gaming too, but we are both a little bit out of practice. I like video games, drawing, reading, movies, Renaissance Faires (when we HAVE the money and time to attend them) and a list of other hobbies to long to really go into here.
