I'm looking to learn more about RPG's in general. I have only played a few times and have had a lot of fun in those interactions. I'm looking for a group that is willing to be patient with a newbie and teach him from the ground up. I would like to GM a game in the future.

It's been a few years since I have played. Last time was in college with my housemates. I'm a mellow sort of guy and really enjoy the role-playing aspect. It appeals to my sense of theatricality. I've played the Forgotten Realms as a blind monk and a Futuristic campaign which unfortunately I do not remember the name of.
