What are you looking for?:

I am new to Dungeons and Dragons, and getting ready to learn Warhammer 40,000.

Specifically, I'm looking for D&D, I played once in 1997, when I was 12, and have never been able to convince my friends to play. I'm looking for any group will accept someone who knows the rules relatively well, and understands the concept of roleplaying, but still needs to have my hand held a bit while starting off.

I have set up a few characters, while trying to motivate my friends to play. I'm ready for anything, really.

I'm new to D&D. So new, in fact, all I've really done is read up on the rules. I've never really played a game, except for once in 1997, when I was 12. So that isn't really any experience at all.

I'm willing to learn, I'm patient, and very drama free. If you don't want me playing immediately, I'm willing to watch and observe, and learn if you would prefer I do that first.
