I'm looking for a nice combination of action and combat, I do not like powergamers or rules lawyers that take up precious time during the session. I enjoy the game for what it is and want others to do the same. I like a DM that is willing to explain the rules w/o being condescending and enjoys building a PCs backstory into the game.

I'm a 36 y/o male who due to working in the crazy restaurant industry have not had much chance to play as I am usually working weekends. I really enjoy the Forgotten Realms and have played 3.0 and 3.5. I have the core books for 4e but haven't played. I have played D20 Modern and some Iron Heroes. Back in the day I played Marvel Superheroes as well, and I really liked that one.
