What are you looking for?
Using Robin Laws taxonomy, I am about 70% tactician, 20% method actor and 10% power gamer. I will spend as much time as anyone in trying to maximize my characters effectiveness, but the point is to make a character that makes the world he is living in a better place and/or make an honest living. If the other players are going to be murdering hapless peasants, I am not going to be a good fit for the group.

Biography
I have run 7th Sea, GURPS IOU and a Bureau 13 setting/Feng Shui System campaign. I have played in Vampire, Werewolf and Mage campaigns with old Storyteller, Shadowrun, Champions, Spycraft, 7th Sea, D&D 3.0, Marvel Superhero, Mutants and Masterminds and most recently an Ars Magica campaign. I have played and run numerous one shots at conventions.
I have a masters degree in mathematics, business and public administration. I have a wife who does not game but supports my gaming, and a daughter who is too young to decide yet. I will be moving to Huntsville Alabama in early May and I wanted to start looking for a new group now
