What are you looking for?:

Right now, I'm looking for 2 players for a 4th edition D&D campaign, starting at 1st level. I'm looking for people who:
- Put FUN above all else
- Don't Min/Max, no Munchkins
- Want to stay in character most of the time
- Want to help create a world, not just play in it
- Don't rules lawyer. I will never actively screw a player but sometimes rules are broken for a reason
- Again, put FUN above all else

I'm also possibly looking to play in a game, maybe once a week.

About Me

Biography:

Personal details: I was born before the first moon landing and Woodstock, but just barely. I'm married to a kick-*** woman that I've been best friends with for 27 years. We've been married 10 and have no children nor plans to have any. I develop software for a living and my wife is a K thru 5 music teacher.

I played D&D/AD&D heavily from 1980 - 1988, then a little bit in 1990 and then stopped. I also played a bit of Car Wars during this time and I've played 1 session of GURPS in my lifetime.

I play fantasy MMOs and enjoy console gaming. We have 2 XBox360s, an XBox, a PS3, a Wii and 2 Nintendo DSis. Sad, but true. I tend to focus on RPGs, puzzle games, and any game my wife and I will enjoy together.

I have the 3 core books to 4e D&D, but have never played it. I'm starting up a campaign and currently looking for 2, maybe 3, players. Again, I've never played 4e, so I have a lot to learn. I was not a good GM back in the 80s, but I think I have potential and hope I can find players willing to break me in easy.
