Also big on Pathfinder here if you are running one and I'm very much behind the real character vs min maxed one deal. Online though is probably how it would have to work with myself. We use a lot of Roll20.

About Me
- Real Name:
- Tim Proctor
- Biography:
- My Gaming Experience:
I have been gaming for over 20 years (yes I'm that old). I've played all sorts of games from home brewed systems, DnD, Rifts, Palladium, WhiteWolf, Gurps, etc. etc. etc. There isn't a system out there that I'm not comfortable with. I'm also a huge fan of board and card games.
I've also played online games like WoW and D&D Online, however since they take too much time to compete with everyone in the entire world I prefer to play with a small group at a table every week or every other week. It seems much more time acceptable to spend a few hours gaming that it does to have to sit there at a computer for extended periods of time.
My Gaming Style:
I'm a cruncher by style (I pay attention to the numbers and statics), however I really like the creative aspect of the storyline and role playing. I don't want the System nor the Story to dominate the game play and try to strike a very balanced approach to the game play. I don't like to just roll dice for hours and I don't like to sit there and role play a character purchasing food at a bar.
Me Outside Gaming:
I've been married for seven years to a semi-wonderful woman (after seven years the wonderfulness changes) and have the most awesome son who just turned three. I'm fairly successful in my career in Human Resources, and moved up here to the Tri-Cities a few months ago to settle long term roots because of the environment, school system, etc.

I was speaking with someone yesterday that challenged me to make a Uber Ranger at lvl 20 that could compete for Damage with the rest of the team, so I did.
I used the standard starting stats for a Human Ranger Skirmisher, and used the standard equipment for level in the PHB II also.
The books I used to create this character are PHB, PHBII, Complete Scoundrel, and Complete Adventurer.
To be short about everything the Ranger would do an average of 28.5
