What are you looking for?:

Mostly open free-form content. Varying levels of customization, and the play must strive to accomplish a given goal with moderate to server difficulty, not just dropping the answer in ones lap. Players being placed in situations where the team must pull together as to not have everyone fall away from the group. Though, occasional specialized tasks that help add flavor to individual characters. Looking to break out of gaming with just a small group of friends because no matter what we play, we know what everyone is going to do. I am ready for something new and unexpected.

Biography:

The question that stand to me is, what game have I not played or am willing to learn? I come predominately from D&D 3.5, and Anima, with a good basis in D&D 4.0, Shadowrun, Exalted, Call of Cthulhu, D20 modern, BESM(Big Eyes Small Mouth), Traveller, and Hero 6e System. I have also played 3.16 Carnage among the Stars, very simple and fun. I am currently learning Victoriana, and some White Wolf games and am always open to learning any new system.

I have always played with friends that I have known fairly well... almost too well at this point. I can anticipate what they will play and how they will play it and it's boring to know that they will always be that way. Also I have a few grumpy gamers in the group that just drag down the experience. I am looking for a new group that is understanding and fun. Though I am currently jonesing for a pirate or ship crew game.
