What are you looking for?

Anything with a GM that knows the game he/she is running and has the campaign worked up in advanced, whether professional module or homebrew. While I've enjoyed playing with my long time friends, most games lasted only one or two sessions and suddenly someone wanted to do something different. I'm definitely looking for long term games. I have four roommates who are also gamers, and we are looking to host some games at our house. Our main concern is to find a GM.

As of now I am in a weekly campaign Arkhemedes is running and having loads of fun (except for the fact that I always roll a 2 on will saves, *sigh*).

Biography

I've played D&D for over a decade now. I became familiar with the game though PC games (Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale, NWN, etc.) before stepping into PnP. I've played many other games since then, and although I'm not against any other game mechanics, I have come to find D20 to be my favorite system because of the easy mechanics and ability to change any rules if needed. I've tried GM'ing and found that while my imagination is working fairly well, I am not well-versed on any game to truly run it.

I'd be willing to give just about any game a shot as long as I have the ability to get (at least) a crash course in it. Although I've never played them, I have the Star Wars and LotR core books and would like to some day give them a whack.
