As A Player: I look for games with a lot of flexibility and player options. For the worlds, i prefer worlds that are richly detailed and have alot of background source information.
As A DM: I look for players that are willing to challenge the normal conventions of game play and put work into their characters background and attempt to develop their character in game (form interactions with the NPCs).
