What are you looking for?:
I like games where the characters have room to develop and grow, and I enjoy planning, intrigue and interaction just as much as a well orchestrated, challenging encounter. I lean a little bit towards balancing characters for powergaming, but would much rather play a weak character I love than some min/maxed powerhouse I read about on a forum.
I also really enjoy making my own prestige classes, and sometimes races. My last DM liked this because it always added a new culture to our custom world. Probably not as applicable to Forgotten Realms or Ebberon though.

Biography:
In the last 7 years, I've been with the same group and we've only played 2 ongoing campaigns in our own custom world. As a result, I have a soft spot in my heart for custom material and special creativity, as well as long running campaigns with characters who go from hunting rats to killing demons together.
