As a player I like campaigns that evolve. I have played with role players and hack and slash players, but I prefer a mix that uses both combat abilities and non-combat skills equally. As a DM I am detailed in my worlds I create. I monitor weather food and water rations, but I do not let these details slow play to a crawl.
