What are you looking for?:
I'm looking for players in a Rifts setting game but using my (setting neutral) RPG system, which I call "3D" (a dice pool system that uses 3 Dice in each pool, hence the name). The rules are simple/streamlined, and they encourage narrative play (roleplaying) but also have enough tactical elements for those who like that sort of game (the system is intended to do both well).

You may recognize that a few elements of the game were borrowed from the Fate, Marvel Superheroic, Edge of the Empire, Star Wars Saga Edition, WEG d6 Star Wars, and Rifts systems but were tweaked to blend together seamlessly. However the core mechanics are brand new (every skill, attribute, or piece of equipment contributes a die between a d4 and a d12 that can be used in your 3 Dice pool).

In case you think I'm biased about it, in post show of episode 3 of the order 66 podcast (fantasy flight reboot) the hosts of the podcast call it a "very solid" system, and I've been contacted by a startup but published gaming company who saw it online about the possibility of using it for the first RPG they publish.

I haven't tested it in live play yet (that's the purpose of me seeking players), but I have a PhD focused on Uncertainty Quantification (think algorithms for calculating statistics based on simulations) and I wrote programs to calculate the statistics for combat and other key aspects of my system (and revised it substantially based on the results) so you can trust that it got the statistics right
