Well, to say that there has been a debate about whether or not 4E is an RPG or if you cna actually roleplay in the game has been going on since the game came out.

I mean even WotC had to release the DMG2 with instructions on how to roleplay in 4E...

But fear not! Ryan Macklin has the solution and it is now possible and ok, to roleplay in 4E.
