Getting REALLY lazy. I am the thoughts I'll explain more when a player chooses a class, but really just going for mechanics now.
GAMBLER

Allowed Armor: armwear, Hats, Suits, shields
Starting Ability:
Dice: 2d6 RKA (30 active points) OAF (dice) (-1) requires gambling roll (-1/2) Extra phase (-3/4) beam (-1/4) no knockback (-1/4) Real Cost: 8 pts.
You roll a pair of dice and a pair of phantom dice shoots into the targets chest. Targets ED.
Other abilities:
Felicity: 3d6 luck UOO (x4 recipients but must remain in LOS) (+1/2) (22 active points) IAF (lucky charm) (-1/2) 3 charges (-1.25) Real cost: 8 pts.
You have an aura of luck that surrounds you and affects your friends. 3 times per day, you can grant 4 recipients one 3d6 luck roll.
Multipower: slots: has elemental reels, debilitating reels, promotional reels, and status reels. All slots are variable.
Multipower (Slots): 11 pt reserve (active and real cost 11 points) +RP cost of each added power/5 (for being variable).
Example, if have elemental and status reels as described below, itd cost 15 pts. All powers have expendable OAF requires two gambling rolls. If make both gambling rolls, success. If only make one, nothing happens. Roll 1d8 for the effect. All effects costs END as normal.
Elemental Reels: 6d6 blast (variable special effects) (+1/4) (active cost 37 pts) requires a gambling roll (random effect) x2 (-1.25) expendable OAF (money) (-1.25) cost 11 pts.
