Solo Adventures

Tonight we will be adventuring! Donn has returned to FallCrest with dragon hide in tow and will return it to the Smith Teldorthan. We will then move to the market square where Donn will have a chance to replenish his stock of sunrods, healing potions and other travel items before having to run a street chase encounter against a thief in the market. He will then petition his friend Serim Saluzar to help him find out more about these thieves and their wiles. Here is a snippet from the flavor text of their first encounter with the lower denizens of FallCrest;

You stand outside the building looking up at a creaking sign swinging in the night breeze. The sign shows a man hunched over, holding his stomach and what appears to be vomit spewing from his mouth. This must undoubtedly be the Leaky Gullet Tavern.



Under the sign hangs a hand drawn warning clearly stating to leave all pets outside. You find a spot (not too close to any horses) to tie Klin up before making your way inside.


An oily stench greets you at the door, almost knocking you back out into the street. When you finally recover enough to see clearly you realize that seeing clearly isn’t going to happen in this smoke-filled bar. All manner of folk seem to frequent the place. Humans, Dwarves and Halflings mostly, but there are a smattering of Tieflings and even some Elves huddled in groups throughout. It is noisy with the various conversations and enhanced even further by the screeching of a Halfling band in the corner. You get the creepy sensation that everyone is watching you, yet when you look around no one seems to be paying any mind to the two newcomers. It must be a trick of the light...



Depending on what choices are made from here will determine where we go in (and out) of town. More on Monday!
