I'm not exactly sure how many of us here on Pen & Paper Games are Dungeons & Dragons Insider members, but I am, so I thought I'd share my thoughts on the Player's Handbook 3 Playtest articles they released. Keep in mind that these things might be changed before release...but here it goes
So my thoughts:
Arcane Power is now in my collection. Interesting....
So, our warlock friend my like a new power in this book. Delban's Deadly Attention. Will target, and it does extra damage if you have the star pact.
the new vestiges are cool as hell. I was wondering if they would bring the pacts back. And all for the warlocks, lucky fools!!
Some new epid destinies, brought back the familures (but cooler), and loads of new feats. Good times. Oh, and who doesn't

Ok folks, it seems we have a couple guys to replace the ones we lost. It seems a Dragonborn Fighter and a wizard of some sort (TBD) will be joining our ranks. I am just giddy with anticiapation. Wait, this means I have to retool the adventure again....damn. Oh well it should be fun.
So as promised I am going to be serving you up full of Dread Lord options that I personally will be using against my group and to any other DM's out there that care for my particular blend of Ravenloft Flavor.
Strahd has changed so much over the years. He's been a fighter (possibly warlord), he's been a necromancer in some incarnations and wizard in others....so what role do you want him to play is pretty much up to you, DM. He's seen so much in his undead years who knows what he has

So if you've been following my blog you know I have a huge undertaking converting Castle Ravenloft's 80+ rooms. That's not as much as a challenge as all the effort going in to make Strahd the antagonist I have always dreamed about. First things first... 3.5 has a lot of good ideas for him...and 4th has even a few more. So How about we combine them shall we.
