I havent been to the astral plane since 1st edition, damn githyanky and their cursed silver swords! <taking a deep breath>

I'm noticing alot of material coming out for astral/planar travel and i find i am looking forward to reaching such a level to try my sword or wand with these kinds of challenges.

Anybody have any recent (other than early edition) stories of their heroic adventures in and on the planes? I'd love to hear.
