I thought I would just make a place for myself and save some trouble.
So, I have a 4e game token. It is a dwarven fighter. What kind of token do you have?
I just had the devious idea to use the monopoly tokens next session for character markers! Woot! That is a definite! :p

Let's see, I've used little, green army men, dice, cardboard chits, paper and cardboard standups and even, very rarely, actual (pewter or plastic) miniatures for various RPGs but I've never used Monopoly tokens. Hmmm.

Seriously, why the hate? If you don't like Dungeons and Dragons 4th Edition, don't play it. There are games I hate with a passion- I'll start with a rather popular one called "chess". I have had avid, rabid, fanatical friends who have implored, cajoled, and browbeaten me into trying this so-called Game of Kings, and I have politely refused. I do not flame chess sites. I do not speak disparigingly of it to my friends and to random online strangers. I simply forego it in favor of other activities that I actually enjoy, and I'd invite you to do the same.
Normally I'm content to ignore your little pleas for attention, but there seems to have been a new crop of members here who do very little but slam D&D 4e. I'd rather this site remain an enlightened haven for intelligent gamers, not a hate site.
Really, if I wanted bigotry and flaming, I'd have stayed on Wizards.com.

Trying to provoke people by posting off topic and intentionally inflammatory messages is not acceptable. We've already explicitly and publicly indicated that disrupting threads to flame 4e is not acceptable. For that matter any kind of trolling isn't acceptable. You obviously knew that you were doing this because you created a thread and called it your "Placeholder for the moderator to move my anti-4e comments... (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7604)". As I said before in my thread on this very topic, "KNOCK IT OFF ALREADY!"
This post is obviously not meant to be an open discussion. It is simply meant to provoke people. We've had enough of that already. As I said in another thread... "KNOCK IT OFF ALREADY!"
