This is not an adaption of an existing psionic system. It is mine from whole cloth to give the feel I want to Psionic abilities. It is equally adaptable for SF games. It is d20, but could be altered for other systems.

Didn't read in details but it looks very interesting. I like the idea of people resisting psi powers either out of strong psi ability or very low psi sensitivity.
