Looking for players for bi-weekly group

Hello all,

I'm semi-new to the area and currently I'm trying to gather together more players for a second edition Exalted campaign. Two players have already signed up, so I'm looking for three or four more. We've also an eye to expand to other games in the future as the players make suggestions. It's a White Wolf game, so it uses the d10 system with some tweaks. The game itself is about the struggle to acchieve greatness in a world that would rather demonize, imprison, or devour you whole simply because of what you are. Hunted, but knowing in your heart you are ordained by the gods to rule those who hunt you. I prefer a large amount of role play, but recognize that combat is a vital part of role play. We are looking to play alternate Saturday evenings in a smoke and allergy-free apartment (I can host) in McKinney. 8 hours or so is average play time for me, though longer is definitely possible.

I might be interested in a game, when you have desided on another game, not a big exalted fan, sorry! But I am interest in a possible group that would look into other games! i could try playing exalted again, but I find as a player I am kind of intimidating.

Wow, that's an impressive list and intimidating credentials. I've been trying for months to get an exalted game together in the area. We may change at a later date but we've got plans for a few more stories after we finish the current one.

Update: We are looking toward the future and are planning on playing a young (think 10 years old, here) Dragon Blooded game with plans to continue with the characters as they age. This initial story arc will be set during primary school (ages 10 to 15) on the Blessed Isle about 70 years before current time, canon. The meetups are nice and you meet good people there, but they tend to be playing something else :S Thanks for the tip, though.
