So, we were talking about playing NWN some months back and I just came across a module I built. Figured I'd share the map of it. Sadly though, the module no longer is functional because I no longer have the *.hak files that were designed for it. All I've got left is this crummy map. :)

That is an incredibly complicated, vast map! You worked on this alone? My GOD, man!

Yeah all by my lonesome, from scratch plus all the macros, encounters, etc. I had a good 8 months of WAY too much time. It was based on my tabletop world. Fit pretty well too. Had many of the players from Tabletop convert to NWN just to hang out. But, there was a significant amount of whining involved from many in the peanut gallery.
I switched to a simpler project "Isle of Om" and it still works (got the hak files), even opened it today (not since 3 years ago) and walked through it with a 8th level cleric. Died a lot. But the point is, I was totally lost and it was like new to me. Alas, I'm still addicted to WoW, so I won't be developing or making Isle of Om into anything beyond just a casual every 3 month hobby.

Seriously, looks like you spent a lot of time on it, hope it was something you were proud of, no matter what the peanuts thought!:D

very nice. what is the meaning of the arrows? adventure/plot flow?
ps: i've been looking for someone with a copy of nwn that they aren't going to use, since i still can't afford it. ^^

No meaning to the arrows. I just never tinkered with Microsoft Visio to see if I could remove the pointy part of the connection line.
You should be able to get NWN1 for 9.99 now on the discount isle.
