Hey all, i saw a link to this site on ENworld and thought i'de check it out. I do have a regular group but we have been getting less and less regular as time goes on. I have been wanting to branch out and am actually willing to try just about anything as a player. D&D is what i'm most familiar with and if you need a Game Master i'm strictly D20. I live in the northwestern end of Tacoma WA with my wife and 8yo son. I do not wish to host here but would prefer to stay within the ten to fifteen mile radius (i also drive a very old car). Anyway i look forward to lurking on this board as i do many others and possibly posting on occasion, andf who knows maybe i'll meet some local gamers.

Hello and welcome. Good luck in your game search. Just curious as to which version of D&D you are currently using.

Online gaming just never seemed all that apealing to me. I like the face to face nature of table top. As to Edition, i currently run 3.0, never quite made the switch to 3.5 although i do BS in some of the rules i've heard about (materials in stead of +'s to hit and such) i got the 3.5 PHB and i fully endorse the new monk. I have no intention of buying into 4.0 at this time, though if a local DM were looking to start one, i'de seriously consider it.

of course, face to face, by preference. but i've never had much success in that regard-scheduling and all. ^^
