Hello all, esp Michigan people

Hi, I am new to PnPG, figured I'd give a shout out.

Anyone in the area interested in startin up a game. My apartment is available to play at. I'm pretty much open to any type of game, I have never DMed before, but would be willing to if necessary.

I have a moderate amount of gaming experience and my wife has about 4 campaigns under her belt. We would only be able to play once every other weekend. If it's at my place, then we could probably swing a weekly game, but you would have to deal with a crying baby sometimes.

Looking at the Player Registry (http://www.penandpapergames.com/forums/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=25294#) it looks like we have lots of DMs registered in your area and a few open campaigns as well. If you haven't already, you should consider searching the registry and contacting some of the DMs in your area via the board's PM system. The more proactive your search, the more likely you'll be able to find a game quickly :)

Hello and welcome. I see you are in Michigan. If you ask nicely, Tesral is also located in Michigan and lists himself as a GM. If only I were closer. I would love to run a character in a campaign that he was GMing. He has lots of good knowledge.

Greetings and salutations. Everyone is free to pose there own opinion here, but I would think it would be much easier to find players in a city like royal oak and dearborn. I'm out in the boonies, where we are fewer and farther between. Is this just a miscalculation on my part?
